Wish-Cake cupcakes are sold and packaged by the dozen. Some schools and other institutions require cupcakes to be packaged individually so they can be distributed according to their food-handling rules. If your school requires individual packaging, you can select that below. An individual packaging fee of $6 per dozen will apply.
